A few weeks ago we received an e-mail from one of our members which went along the lines of "Will AMPdj be doing any networking and meet ups?" Spookily, during the same week, the phone rang with a similar request from the other side of the country. So djAMP (DJ Area Meet-up Partnership) was born. The meet-ups would be run by local DJs with the full backing and support of AMPdj and be open to everyone. They would have an informal, yet informative format, and be run on a not for profit basis.
On the 21st of May 2006, the NADJ hosted their Annual General Meeting and a mini trade show event. Pro Mobile were on hand to support the NADJ, meet readers and sign up a few new subscribers.
